We're extremely sorry, there would not be any returns or exchanges for international shipping. However, if the item was damaged during transit, which is very rare then we would have it relplaced with a new one.
I was a bit hesitant to try this fragrance oil because it's not specifically labeled as 'natural' or 'organic', but I'm glad I took the chance. The scent is really nice - it's fruity and floral, without being too overpowering. I've used it in my soap and lotion recipes, and it's worked well for both. My only complaint is that the scent isn't quite as long-lasting as some other fragrance oils.
