  • Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice.

  • Exchange Rates: Your bank or credit card issuer may apply their own currency conversion rates and fees. Twistedlily is not responsible for these additional charges.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. For international shipping, a valid Phone Number and Email Address are mandatory to ensure the local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Israel Post) can contact you for delivery.

5. International Shipping and Customs

  • Delivery: We fulfill our obligations by handing over the package to our international carrier (India Post/EMS) and providing a tracking number.

  • Customs: Any import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Twistedlily is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country.

6. Products and Scent Perception

We have made every effort to describe the scent profiles of our oils accurately. However, perfume is subjective. We do not guarantee that your personal perception of a scent will match the description exactly. Colors of oils may vary slightly due to the natural botanical ingredients used.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Twisted Lily shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our oils are for external use only; please perform a patch test before full application.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
