Returns Accepted for 7 Days

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it. unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

  • Customer Responsible for Return Shipping: Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • Final Sale Items: Please be aware that certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. This includes 82 products and 43 variants. Please check the product description for details.

How do I track my Refund?

Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be in the Original Packaging.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 10 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@twistedlily.in.
