Delivery and Shipping Policy

Although packing is done under strict supervision, we are not responsible for any breakage, loss, or theft while in transit. Our Liability ceases after handling the parcel to the courier. 

We dispatch all of our of orders with in 24 hours of receiving the order. All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number. We generally ship through DHL, BlueDart, India Post, Delhivery, and Shadowfax, Logistics wherever possible or will use other reputed courier service providers. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it takes about 5 to 15 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

Object to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Important Note: Import Regulation varying Depends on Individual Country's Import Laws. Customer Will be Responsible for Import Customs Clearance Process in their Country. TWISTEDLILY can provide you with supporting documents for clearance process.
However we will not be able to handle the import clearance process on your behalf. If you have any questions regarding this please contact our support team.

How do I cancel an order on TWISTEDLILY website?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so at the earliest by emailing us at customersupport@twistedlily.in

For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your order before your order has been shipped, we will arrange to refund the full amount back to the original mode of payment.

If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped:

-    There will be no refund.
