At Twistedlily, we bring the essence of premium Indian perfumery to the world. We specialize in secure, international delivery of our alcohol-free perfume oils, essential oils, and solid perfumes to a global clientele.
1. Service Coverage
We provide dedicated shipping services to the following regions:
Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland.
North America: Only Canada.
Middle East countries.
Asia & SE Asia: Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All international orders are dispatched via Priority International Speed Post (EMS) depending on weight or specialized international couriers to ensure speed and safety.

3. Order Processing & Handling
Handling Time: Orders are prepared and packed within 2–3 business days.
Export-Grade Packaging: Our oils are double-sealed and protected with shock-absorbent materials to withstand long-distance transit and temperature changes.
4. Order Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order or withdraw from the purchase contract, please review our policy below:
Before Shipment: If you submit a cancellation request before your order has been shipped from our facility, the cancellation is 100% free of charge. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped and is in transit, cancellation requests are subject to deductions. A cancellation fee plus the actual shipping fee incurred for the dispatch will be deducted from your total payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the package is securely returned to us.
To cancel or withdraw your order, please complete and submit our Withdrawal Form via email to our customer support team as soon as possible.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Global Tracking Number via email.
Milestone Tracking: You can track your package through the initial transit and upon arrival in your destination country via your national postal service (e.g., USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK, Japan Post for Japan).
6. Customs, Duties & Import VAT
As an international boutique, we ship our products DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Depending on your country's regulations (specifically in the EU, UK, Middle East, and Asia), your local customs office may charge import VAT or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local postal service at the time of delivery.
Customs Notice: You are responsible for all customs clearance, duties, and taxes in your country. We will provide documents if needed, but we are not responsible for delays, loss, or confiscation by your customs department. No refund or return will be issued for such cases.
7. Important Shipping Notes
Correct Information: Please ensure your Mobile Number and Email are correct at checkout. Most international postal services will contact you via SMS to coordinate delivery or pickup.
Address Accuracy: We cannot redirect packages once they have left our international sorting hub in India.
