Processing Time: Requests are processed within 1–2 business days. Refunds take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

At Twistedlily, we take pride in the quality and purity of our handcrafted perfume oils. Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations.

1. Cancellations (The 24-Hour Window)

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • How to cancel: Please email us immediately at info@twistedlily.in with your Order Number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed or the item has been handed over to our international shipping partner (India Post/EMS), the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

To maintain the highest hygiene standards and the integrity of our oils, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.

  • All sales are final.

  • We encourage our international customers to read the scent profiles and descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during its international journey or if you received the wrong item:

  • Please contact us at info@twistedlily.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

  • Our Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will issue a Store Credit (Discount Code) for the value of the product or provide a Partial Refund. Please note that we do not send physical replacements for international orders due to high export shipping costs and customs regulations.

4. Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Customs

  • If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned to us because of unpaid local customs duties/VAT (in Europe, UK, or Israel), a refund will not be issued. Shipping costs for international exports are non-refundable.
